Stone Tec has manufactured premium protective films since 2009. Our commitment to "Exceptional Quality" is backed by a workmanship guarantee that covers material defects, adhesive integrity, and optical clarity for the published product life.
All claims are reviewed by our technical team in New York. In most cases, a covered defect is resolved with replacement film supplied to the certified installer at no cost.
Four categories of defect coverage
Delamination
Separation between film layers during normal use.
Yellowing
Color shift beyond ΔE 2 within rated life.
Adhesive Failure
Lifting, bubbling, or edge peeling from manufacturing defect.
Optical Haze
Loss of clarity beyond specified tolerances.
